Honestly speaking, I spend up to about 12 hours, or more, on social media when there are no classes and whenever I have free time by going through my Facebook news feed, watching random videos, checking out pictures on Instagram, listening to new music, sometimes even reading news articles online. But, because of school, it's somehow helped me to control my use of media through the internet and instead, exposed me to print media (like books and newspapers). The chart below was an observation of the media exposure I had from day to night of 12/01/2016:
